Connectional Goals

  1. We will develop holistic Christian disciples through intentional spiritual formational encounters.
  2. We will encourage and minister to children and youth that live in the concentric demographics of the Lake Wales and Tampa inner city.
  3. We will formalize a productive college age ministry through outreach endeavors in LW: Warner University, Webber International University, and Polk State College and Tampa with USF, UT, and HCC.
  4. We will build and strengthen (blended, single, and separated) families through an effective family life ministry.
  5. We will create an atmosphere that is equally eventful and worshipful for people of all ages.
  6. We will build a Christian Educational Institution (day care, early learning center, tutorial programs, GED programs, and adult continuing education opportunities) that will empower the community that we serve.
  7. We will organize and maintain healthy Connection Circles “Small Groups.”
  8. We will develop a well organize Fine Arts Ministry (choir, dance, drama, step, etc) that will minister to all age groups.
  9. We will strategically minister to broken and battered women, single mothers, and teenage young ladies.
  10. We will create a church/community male mentoring program that will impact young men through church, school, and business collaborative partnerships.
